We have a comprehensive ala carte menu and all items are prepared from scratch on site. We bake our own cakes and produce all items such as delicious patties. Only the freshest highest quality ingredients are carefully selected, and our well trained team of 82 staff then convert them into plate ready meals, for your enjoyment. Our team is led by a highly experienced pastry chef Mandla Dube, dedicated sous chef Japhta Masubelele and executive chef Marc Staal.
